506 Terrace Coat

• DESCRIPTION: NeoSeal® 506 Terrace Coat is a milky white, highly viscous, heavy duty, high performance acrylic based, fibre reinforced waterproof coating system. It is specially formulated using highly elastic and durability acrylic emulsion polymer, weather durable pigments, micro-fibres, fine extenders and best quality biocides. It is non-yellowing and has excellent resistance to ultraviolet degradation, heat and most common chemicals. NeoSeal® 506 is used as a waterproofing & protective coating for exterior walls of the buildings. It is used as a waterproofing solution for all types of masonry surface.

• AREA OF APPLICATION: All types of Terraces – Flat and sloping / All type of roofs. Waterproofing for roofs ranging from asphalt, asbestos, cement to concrete and terrazzo tiles. Recommended for both horizontal and inclined structures. Waterproofing of roof slabs, terraces, balconies, sun shades, parapet walls, etc. Provides additional waterproofing and protection when used as base or intermediate coat in brickbat coba. For waterproofing of new as well as old surfaces.

• COVERAGE: Depends upon the nature of the surface to be applied. On an average, smooth surface will give approx. 20-22 sq. ft. per litre per coat. For two coats average will be about 10-12 sq. ft. per litre. DFT of about 500 to 600 microns.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE:

• 36 months from the date of manufacturing in unopened condition when in sealed pack and stored under proper condition. Store in a cool & dry place.
