507 Damp-kil Multi-Purpose Coating

• DESCRIPTION: NeoSeal® 507 DAMP-KIL Multi-Purpose Coating is a single component, milky white, highly viscous, high-performance acrylic based, elastomeric, flexible waterproofing system. It is specially formulated using high-quality acrylic emulsion polymer, light fast, weather durable pigments, fine extenders and many additives to make it multi-purpose coating.

• It is used as a waterproofing & protective coating for Damp Repair (Damp Proof), interior, exterior walls, and Roof / Terrace. It forms higher film thickness, has excellent flexibility, breathing properties, water resistance, crack-bridging ability, weathering durability and an excellent resistance to the growth of microorganisms.

• APPLICATION: All types of interior/exterior masonry surfaces, concrete, cements and renderings, etc. Applicable on asbestos sheets. Waterproofing of new as well as old surfaces.

• COVERAGE: Self-Priming coat – 9 to 10 sq. mt. per Litre per coat. 2nd & 3rd coat 20 to 25 sq. ft. per Litre per coat. For two coats, coverage will be 12 to 15 sq. ft. per Litre at a DFT of about 400 to 500 microns. Coverage may vary depending on the application area.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE:

• 36 months from the date of manufacturing in unopened condition when in sealed pack and stored under proper condition. Store in a cool & dry place.
